Executive Director, Christopher Brown has completed Financial Coach Master Training.  FaithFinance's coaching philosophy is about financial literacy and teaching clients what they need to know in order to be successful stewards of their personal finances. It is also about providing them the discipline and tools for success. Once they have learned how to successfully use the tools, we release them to be stewards on their own. 

Here are the following service programs:

1. Hourly Coaching Consultations -  For those who already have good personal finance management disciplines and several tools in place. They are only in need a of coaching session to tweak their existing plan. Hourly rate $195.

2. Small Group Coaching Program - Designed for the Lower-level Tiered Income clients. These sessions are designed for groups of 6 to 14 people maximum. Ideally for couples or extended family members (i.e. parents, children, cousins, nephews) to participate together.  The session format will be similar to a "classroom-like" setting and members of the group will need to be comfortable sharing some personal information with others.  Duration and structure would be identical to a the 3-Month Coaching Program.  

3. 3- Month Coaching Program -  A detailed monthly coaching program consisting of a mix of phone calls and hourly sessions.  1- hour meetings are held every other week for a total of 6 hours over the three month duration.  The focus of the sessions will be on budgeting, debt elimination and credit restoration.  

4. 6- Month Coaching Program -  A detailed monthly coaching program consisting of a mix of phone calls and hourly sessions.  1- hour meetings are held every other week for a total of 12 hours over the six month duration.   The focus of these sessions will be on budgeting, debt elimination, building an emergency fund and savings.  

The monthly program pricing is tiered and is based on the clients income.  See the pricing fee schedule below.

Middle-level Income Tier

$101,000-$125,000 - $345/month x 3 = $1,035 

$126,000-$150,000 - $395/month x 3 = $1,185

$151,000-$175,000 - $445/month x 3 = $1,335

$176,000-$200,000 - $495/month x 3 = $1,485 

Upper-level Income Tier

$201,000-$250,000 - $595/month x 3 = $1,785 

$251,000-$300,000 - $695/month x 3 = $2,085 

$301,000-$400,000 - $795/month x 3 = $2,385 

$401,000 or more - $895/month x 3 = $2,685
